उत्तम योगी निर्गुण और सगुण के समुच्चय स्वरूप ब्रह्मा में मन लगाकर युक्तचित्त होकर परम श्रद्धा से उसकी उपासना स्मरण ध्यान आदि करता है | वह ब्रह्मा को सब में देखता और उसके दृष्टि में व्यक्त और अव्यक्त सब ब्रह्मा ही है | पूर्णयुक्तता स्थिति में योगी प्रत्येक क्षण,कर्म और संपूर्ण अस्तित्व के साथ ब्रह्मा से मिलता है |

The perfect yogi worships, remembers and meditates with utmost devotion having mind fixed on energy, which is a combination of Nirguna(formless electromagnetic wave energy with no physical properties like color, smell, taste) and Saguna(matter energy having property like color smell taste etc). He sees everyone as energy and in his vision everything, manifest and unmanifest, is energy. In the state of completeness, the yogi sees energy in every moment, action(work) and whole being(all experiences/emotions in the soul/conscious are for the oneness with energy).

व्यक्त ईश्वर के उपासकों का मत्कर्मकृत्व मत्परमत्व आदि कर्म क्लेशसाध्य नहीं है ,फिर भी अव्यक्त निराकार ब्रह्म में आसक्त चित्त वालों को उसकी उपासना का आग्रह रखने वालों को बहुत ही अधिक क्लेश करना पड़ता है; अव्यक्त उपास्य विषयक स्थिर चित्तवृति कष्ट से सिद्ध होती है; व्यक्त के उपासकों को अवलम्ब मिलने के कारण उसमे मन लगाना सरल होता है|

The actions(work done in devotion to god) of the worshippers of the manifested,physical form of God(in the form of deities,idols,images,human form) are not troublesome. Because the worshippers of the physical form get a physical matter form, it is easy to concentrate on it. Those who insist on worshipping the unmanifest formless electromagnetic radiation have to practice a lot in restraining their mind and senses. A steady attitude of mind about unmanifest form of god is attained by hard practice.
